Yesterday, while picking Beans up from daycare, he informed me that he was married. He married a little girl named "KeKe" and she is in his class. We have known "KeKe" family for along time because we went to church with them. Her mom and siblings live right around the corner from us in our sub-division.
I tried asked all the appropriate questions that you would ask a 3 1/2 year old that just got married.
Our conversation went somewhat like this:
Me: "Well, Beans where did you go get married at"
Beans: "The marriage store."
Me: "Where is that??"
Beans: "Outside"
Me: "Well that is nice and what do you do when you are married?"
Beans: "Hug and Kiss" (With a sly smile on his face)
Me: "You didn't kiss her??"
Beans: "I did...Can she come over and play now?"
I thought it was so funny to see a 3 1/2 year olds take on marriage. I'm really not sure if it is a good thing, but I think that he understands that people who are married love each other. I am also thankful that he married a girl, and that he realizes that marriage is between a man and a woman.

Hahah how cute! I remember getting married to a little boy in preschool too!
Amusingly, I have also recently rediscovered him on Facebook! Still a nice guy, too! :P
